
Nebraska Advocacy Services, Inc. (NAS), The Center for Disability Rights, Law and Advocacy, has an extensive program of legal advocacy. Our Legal Advocacy Team is staffed with attorneys and case advocates and offers:
Individual advocacy , including investigation of abuse and neglect allegations or direct legal representation, within selected priority areas to ensure that the rights of citizens with disabilities are not being violated;
Advice on legal rights and remedies; and,
Information about disability rights and services
Referrals to other agencies serving people with disabilities.
