  • NAS provides a comprehensive benefit plan. Benefits for full-time employees include health, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • We offer supplemental insurance products that employees can purchase through payroll deduction.

  • NAS offers a generous leave schedule. Depending on your tenure with the agency, up to six weeks is available for vacation leave. There are 13 holidays (days off) and 12 sick days per year available to staff. Twenty-four hours of personal leave is available to non-exempt employees. Part-time employees may also be eligible for vacation, holiday, sick, and personal leave on a pro rated basis. A twelve week sabbatical for professional development may be available to employees that have completed 20 years of employment.

  • Regular work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. Some work on the weekends or evenings may be required. Travel may also be required to carry out the work of the agency.
